RETURN POLICY

 ① For returns, please contact us within 30 working days of receipt of the goods, informing us of the order number and the reason for return, and return the unwanted products by post.

If the product is not defective and the consumer chooses to return it, the consumer shall be responsible for the shipping cost. If there is a quality problem with the product itself or the wrong shipment is sent, we will be held responsible and the consumer will not be responsible for shipping costs.

When consumers return an item, please ensure that the item is new and unused, and we can replace any returned item if we receive it in a condition that does not affect re-sale.

We are not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit due to improper packaging by the consumer at the time of return.

If the item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and return it. We will replace the item as soon as we receive the defective item.

 

REFUND POLICY

If you would like a refund when your order has not shipped, please be sure to notify us before your order ships. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp of your order cancellation.

Refund requests received before an order is shipped will be processed within one business day. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to show up on your statement (Paypal), so please be aware of the refund arrival time.

If you would like a refund and the order has already shipped, you will receive a refund when you return the package to us. You will receive your refund when the returned item reaches us.

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account, PayPal or credit card account again first. Then contact your credit card company, refunds can take a while to officially arrive. Then contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund arrives. If you have completed all of the above steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us as soon as possible.
